Download Morrow and open the app.

Morrow is free and open source. Open it to connect your assistant and first course. Read the student privacy details.

Choose your computer.

Open your download.

Mac

  1. Open the Morrow download.
  2. Drag Morrow into Applications.
  3. Open Morrow from Applications.
  4. The first time, confirm Morrow in System Settings under Privacy & Security, then setup starts.

Windows

  1. Open the Morrow download.
  2. Morrow installs for your account and opens automatically.
  3. If needed, open Morrow from the Start menu to start setup.

Student Privacy

Protect student identity before course information reaches your assistant.

Morrow uses the course roster to replace known student names and IDs in supported records with labels such as Student A1 before they reach your assistant.

Not sure which download to choose?

Not sure whether your Mac works? Open the Apple menu and select About This Mac. If the line named Chip begins with Apple M, and the window shows macOS 13 (Ventura) or later, you can use Morrow. Every Mac with an Apple M chip can update to macOS 13, so if the window shows an earlier version, update macOS first. Morrow does not run on older Intel Macs.

Not sure whether your Windows computer works? Open Settings, then System, then About. Under Device specifications, check that System type says x64. Morrow runs on Windows 10 or Windows 11 on x64. If Windows says Morrow cannot run on your computer, contact support.

Using a phone, tablet, or another operating system? Open this page on your Mac or Windows computer to install Morrow.

After the Download

Morrow shows one next action at a time.

Open the app and choose the assistant you use: the ChatGPT desktop app, Claude Desktop, Claude Code, or Gemini CLI. Morrow then helps you add Morrow Bridge to Chrome and connect the bridge to the app.

Your First Course

Open a course in your learning platform.

Sign in to your school account through your learning platform. Morrow Bridge connects to the course tab you open in Chrome.

Open a course, then open Morrow Bridge and select Connect this course. Chrome asks for access to that course site.
