Connection Help
Get Morrow connected.
Choose the message that matches what you see.
01
Morrow does not appear in your assistant.
Quit the assistant completely. Closing its window is not enough. Open it again and start a new chat.
If Morrow still does not appear, open the Morrow app and do the step it shows. On Quit and reopen your assistant, select Check with your assistant’s name, such as Check ChatGPT. On Choose your assistant, Morrow is missing from that assistant’s settings: choose it and select Set up with its name, such as Set up ChatGPT. If Home shows no step, open Settings. Under Setup you can change, select Set up next to that assistant if it is there. If Morrow asks you to repair it, select Repair Morrow.
02
Morrow Bridge is not in Chrome.
In Morrow, select Show Bridge folder. In Chrome, open Extensions, then Manage Extensions. Turn on Developer mode, select Load unpacked, and choose the folder Morrow showed you.
03
Morrow Bridge will not connect.
Open the Morrow app, then open Morrow Bridge in Chrome and select Connect Morrow. If Morrow Bridge says Morrow could not confirm this copy of Morrow Bridge, select Show Bridge folder in the Morrow app, load that folder with Load unpacked on Chrome’s Manage Extensions page, and select Connect Morrow again.
04
Your course will not connect.
Open the Canvas or Moodle course in Chrome and sign in. Open Morrow Bridge. It detects the platform and shows Connect this course. Select that button, choose Allow in Chrome, then select Open Plan and Edit settings and connect the course under Your courses.
05
Your school manages Chrome.
Ask the person who manages Chrome whether the school allows Developer mode, unpacked extensions, and Morrow Bridge.
Course Request Help
Check the course before you continue.
Use what the course shows now to decide the next step.
01
Morrow could not confirm a change.
Do not send the same change again. Ask your assistant to check the earlier change. If it still cannot confirm the result, check the item yourself in Canvas or Moodle. Then ask your assistant to let you close the earlier change, open the link it gives you in Chrome, and select I checked it in Canvas: close this change (for a Moodle item, it names Moodle). Until you do, Morrow does not send another change to that item. After that, ask for a new change from what the course shows now.
02
Morrow needs a course file.
Open Plan and Edit settings, then turn on Course file access. Chrome then asks you to let Morrow Bridge reach all HTTPS sites, because Canvas can keep course files at other web addresses.
Morrow Help
Troubleshoot your Muse connection.
Tell Muse what happened. To connect Canvas, ask Muse to follow the Morrow guide. For Moodle, use the separate connection already in Muse.
01
Your Canvas sign-in expired.
Muse pauses Canvas changes and tells you what it stopped before sending. Check whether the change is already in Canvas. Sign in again through your school. Morrow checks the course first before preparing an interrupted change again. If Muse does not offer this, ask it to reconnect Morrow to Canvas. If your separate Moodle connection expires, follow its sign-in steps in Muse.
02
Setup stopped before it finished.
Ask Muse which step stopped and what it reported. Fix the issue it names, such as your school’s Canvas address. Then ask Muse to set up Morrow again by following the Morrow guide.
03
You want to disconnect Canvas.
Ask Muse to disconnect Morrow from Canvas. Muse asks you to confirm, then removes its Canvas sign-in and checks each step. Your separate Moodle sign-in stays in Muse. To remove the Morrow package and its local data, ask Muse to uninstall Morrow.
04
Muse says it cannot do a task.
Morrow connects Canvas courses. For Moodle, use courses already connected in Muse. Tell Muse which course and material you want to work with. Canvas Plan, Edit, and student labels give Muse the knowledge and permission it needs for Canvas work. See the Morrow page for examples.
Personal Support
Still need help?
Email hello@meetmorrow.app. Include the assistant and computer you use, whether the course is in Canvas, Moodle, or Blackboard, the step you were on, and what you expected to happen. For Morrow, include the Morrow version, which Muse can tell you, and the step where Muse stopped. Blackboard support is in development.
Keep student information out of email. Do not send student records, passwords, sign-in details, or screenshots that show student information.
