I read all 84 pages, 22 assignments, 11 discussions and the 60 quiz questions. 31 images have no description, 9 tables have no header row, and 6 quiz images are unlabeled. Most of it is on the four lab pages. Your 12 videos still need a person to watch the captions.

Here are the four lab pages beside the rewrite: 14 image descriptions written from what each image actually shows, and the two data tables given proper headers. Your wording and the lab-safety note are untouched.

The four lab pages are saved and I checked each one afterward. I am working through the remaining course-content findings now. Your videos, files, and learner-view checks still need a person.

I read the material and mapped four units: food basics, labels and evidence, meals for a condition, and patient counseling. That gives you eight lesson pages, four discussions, six practice activities, three assignments and a quiz for each unit. Two readings cover the same ground, so I set one aside.

Ten questions, two attempts, and feedback on every wrong answer that points back to the lesson teaching it. I also drafted a 40-question Item Bank behind it, so a retake is not the same paper twice.

Introduction to Nutrition is live: four units, 21 items, the Week 2 quiz and its Item Bank. I opened each one after it saved and everything matched. You have six of your eight weeks left.

Sixteen students missed the lab report, 11 have not posted in a week, and 14 got the same heart-flow question wrong. Four are in two of those groups at once. Those are the ones I would call rather than email.

The question says “oxygenated blood returns via” and the lesson that teaches it says “oxygen-rich blood comes back through”. Twelve of the fourteen picked the same wrong answer. It is the wording, not the content.

The question now matches the lesson’s wording, and 23 short notes are drafted for you, one next step each, no mention of marks. Read them and send the ones you want.

Eight are ready. Section 04 is missing the Week 4 practice set, Section 07 closes its quiz before the discussion even opens, and Moodle Section 10 still links to last term’s formula sheet. Section 11 runs the approved shorter calendar, so I kept it out of the comparison.

It is still in the course but unpublished. Someone unpublished it on 12 August. Section 02 has the same set published, and the two are identical.

All three are saved and re-checked against Week 4. Every section except 11 now matches, and 11 kept its shorter calendar. You are ready for Monday.

Three courses teach it, two give practice, and six grade it. Clinical Procedures grades a full patient-education note in Week 3, but nothing before it asks students to write one. They only identify the parts.
